ZE:A cast as leading roles for Japanese-Korean collab movie, ‘RONIN POP’

Rookie idol group ZE:A have landed themselves a big screen debut!
According to a report by Japan’s Sankei Sports on January 16th, “Popular Korean group ZE:A has been cast as the leading roles for ‘RONIN POP,‘ a Korean and Japanese collaboration movie.”
‘RONIN POP’ is an action film that revolves around the power struggle between youths in the aftermath of a nuclear war. The movie features impressive CG and battle scenes, and the boys were recently reported to have shot the movie’s climax at a theme park in Kyungki-do.
ZE:A commented, “We hope we attract a larger fanbase through this movie. In the future, we’d like to become like Arashi, one of Japan’s greatest idol groups, and be loved by many for our singing and acting.”
